Please be aware that due to Royal Mail strike action, shipments maybe delayed. We are using other courier services where we can but unfortunately due to a higher demand for their services throughout the UK they are also experiencing delays. We are doing all that we can to avoid delays but unfortunately it is out of our control. Next business day deliveries are mostly arriving on time but we have experienced 1 or 2 day delays on this service.

Shipments to Europe - Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to send any perishable goods. This includes any food products, grooming products, supplements or other perishable goods. Please contact us on for further information should you wish to place an order with us.

- Larger products will have a different shipping rate which will be calculated at checkout. Bank Holidays may affect shipping times but we always endeavor to get your items to you as quickly as possible. We are also unable to deliver PO Box addresses - Please contact  our team before placing your order with us.

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmation has been received of order acceptance but we may be able to cancel if cancellations are sent quickly enough. Any shipment return fees due to an incorrect address or delivery failure will be deducted from orders refunds.

To receive updates via phone such as courier notifications we ask for your telephone number. We do not share any personal information outside of Aurora Pets business process and the information requested is only to improve the service we provide to you.

If a successful delivery attempt is made and fails due to the customer not being available for delivery or further failed collection from the local depot is not made then no postage costs can be refunded on returns. Any charges incurred for returned packages in this situation from the courier will be chargeable to the customer. In the event that a package is lost due to these conditions, orders cannot be refunded or resent until resolved with the courier.

If you have a booked Next Business Day delivery service after 11:30 am on a Thursday your order will be delivered to you on the Monday as your order will be sent out to you on a Friday. Please note this Bank Holidays will affect this.

International Shipments - Please note that any custom duty costs of your items will be charged to you. We are also unable to send products which are in an aerosol category (i.e. grooming sprays).
